BIDAPass is a digital platform for community gate management using digital passes. You must be at least 18 years of age to register a BIDAPass account. Minors require parental or guardian permission to use the service.

Account Responsibilities

• Your BIDAPass account is non-transferable

Content and Intellectual Property

User Content:

• You agree to share content you create on the platform
• You must have the rights to any content you upload
• The platform can host and use your shared content

Platform Rights:

• All trademarks and branding belong to BIDAPass
• Unauthorized use of BIDAPass trademarks is prohibited
• The platform retains all rights to its proprietary technology and content

Platform Rights and Modifications

BIDAPass reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate user accounts
• Remove user content at its discretion
